Oracle brings ChatGPT and Codex into its apps, adds Google TPUs and OpenAI's chip to its cloud

At Oracle AI World, Oracle expanded its OpenAI partnership, building ChatGPT, OpenAI models and Codex into its applications through new offerings including Oracle AI Workspace, AI Security Mesh and App Composer. Oracle Cloud Infrastructure will also offer Google's TPUs starting in 2027, the first time Google's custom chips will run on another hyperscaler's cloud, along with OpenAI's Jalapeño chip and Cerebras hardware, while expanding its Nvidia Vera Rubin deployment to multi-gigawatt scale.
