Nvidia to invest $3 billion in Meta as the two expand their Muse AI partnership

Nvidia will buy $3 billion of the stock Meta is selling to fund its AI buildout, as the companies expand work on Meta's Muse assistant and Muse family of models to improve inference and training performance. Meta also plans to deploy more Nvidia Vera Rubin systems and Vera CPUs, plus Spectrum-X networking and BlueField-4, and the two are exploring Nvidia's OpenShell and Sentry tools for deploying and monitoring AI agents.
