Anthropic publicly files for IPO, plans Nasdaq listing under 'ANT'
Anthropic filed its S-1 with the SEC on Monday, making public the financials behind what is expected to be a record IPO. The Claude maker plans to list on the Nasdaq under the ticker ANT, with Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley leading; share count and price range aren't set yet. The prospectus shows revenue of $16.29 billion in the first half of 2026, up from $1.16 billion a year earlier, and a net loss of $80.7 billion that the company attributes largely to an accounting adjustment. Anthropic was last valued at $965 billion in May, and investors have discussed an IPO valuation of roughly $1.5 trillion to $2 trillion.
