Nvidia's Jensen Huang says neocloud demand is 'off the charts' but capital is scarce
Speaking to CNBC on the sidelines of GTC Berlin, Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang said demand for neocloud GPU providers is "off the charts" but that working capital to fund their growth is scarce: "The demand of the capital is much greater than the availability of the capital. That's going to get solved." He said Nvidia wants lenders to treat its compute as a "financeable asset" and that energy allocation for European players like Nebius and Mistral is crucial. The remarks come as CoreWeave and Nebius shares slide on concerns over the debt financing the AI infrastructure buildout.
