In a court filing today, OpenAI says a former employee who returned to Apple sent over 100 highly confidential files on an unreleased OpenAI device to his personal accounts on his last day, then made a presentation about OpenAI's plans to Apple senior leadership. Apple says it has found no evidence supporting the claims. Latest salvo in the Apple v. OpenAI trade-secret suit filed in July.
